TVB劇《家族榮耀》現正熱播,當中飾演馬家大少奶的熊黛林(Lynn)演出獲讚。其實《家族榮耀》是熊黛林產後復出第一部劇集,今次一改以往溫文賢淑形象,豁出去演活潑辣、乞人憎大少奶,不惜加插反白眼兼藐嘴藐舌小動作,放膽演出獲網民激讚演技大躍進。

在2016年,阿Lynn與郭可頌結婚,兩年後誕下雙胞胎女兒。模特兒出身的她對身材管理當然十分有要求,榮升為人母後未有鬆懈,反而更落力操Fit身形,3個月勁減23kg,回復昔日窈窕Body。究竟生了一對孖女的星媽,如何火速地修身?

第一組:3D蜜桃翹臀
雙手撐地、雙膝跪地,伸直其中一隻腳,指尖往天方向踢,每邊腿踢40下,每次做三組。如果剛開始運動,覺得難度太高的可以由15至20下開始,往後慢慢增加。重點記得雙手和腰肢不要彎曲。
第二組:A4腰
平躺地上,雙腿合攏伸直抬起,慢慢升高至指尖向天,重點是雙腿不能彎曲,放下時不能碰到地上,要一直要懸空,同樣做40下,每次三組。
第三組:馬甲線
跟第二組同樣平躺地處,雙腿做踩單車的動作,重點是腰要伸直,雙手不要抓任何東西借力,雖然用力更多,但效果會更好。

她還分享小貼士,教大家在每朝起床後,先飲一杯蜂蜜水喚醒腸胃,不但有助排毒去水腫,更有天然美顏效果。
